1. ROLL CALL. Council for the City of Pickerington met for a special meeting, Monday, July 25, 2005, at City Hall. Mrs. Riggs called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Roll call was taken as follows: Mr. Hackworth, Mr. Parker, Mr. O’Brien, Mr. Sabatino, and Mrs. Riggs were present. Mr. Wright, Mr. Wisniewski, and Mayor Shaver were absent. Others present were: Judy Gilleland, Lynda Yartin, and others.
2. MOTIONS:
A. MOTION FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER SECTION 121.22(G)(1), MATTERS INVOLVING AN EMPLOYEE’S OR PUBLIC OFFICIAL’S APPOINTMENT. Mr. O’Brien moved for executive session under Section 121.22(G)(1); Mr. Hackworth seconded the motion. Roll call was taken with Mr. Sabatino, Mr. Parker, Mr. Hackworth, Mr. O’Brien, and Mrs. Riggs voting “Yea.” Motion passed, 5-0.
Council went into executive session at 7:34 P.M., and reconvened in open session at 9:49 P.M.
3. ADJOURNMENT. There being nothing further, Mr. Hackworth moved to adjourn; Mr. O’Brien seconded the motion. Mr. Hackworth, Mr. Parker, Mr. O’Brien, Mrs. Riggs, and Mr. Sabatino voted “Aye.” Motion carried, 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M., July 25, 2005.
