Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $3,500,000 of bonds for the purpose of paying part of the cost of refunding the city’s water system improvement bonds, Series 1994, dated as of April 1, 1994 and wastewater treatment plant improvement bonds, Series 1995, dated as of August 1, 1995, and matters related to such bonds
B. Review and request for motion to authorize the City Manager to file application with the Ohio Emergency Management Agency for reimbursement of costs related to snow removal in February 2003.
