SERVICE COMMITTEE OF COUNCIL

WORK SESSION

6:30 P.M.

1. ROLL CALL. Mr. Hackworth called the Service Committee Work Session to order at 6:30 P.M., with Mrs. Hammond and Mr. Hackworth present. Mrs. Riggs absent. Others present were Judy Gilleland, Lynda Yartin, Ed Drobina, Lance Schultz, Jennifer Frommer, Brenda VanCleave, and others.

2. SCHEDULED MATTERS:

A. Review and discussion of Access Management Plan. Mr. Schultz reviewed portion of the Access Management Plan that was discussed at the last work session.

Ms Frommer and Mr. Schultz reviewed the remaining portion of the Access Management Plan on S.R. 256, as well as, Diley Road, Refugee Road, and Hill Road. Mr. Hackworth stated he would like to schedule a final work session for May 11, 2006, at 6:30 P.M., and hopefully it would then be ready to forward to Council.

3. ADJOURNMENT. There being nothing further, Mr. Hackworth closed the work session at 7:25 P.M., April 13, 2006.
