WORK SESSION
6:30 P.M.
1. ROLL CALL. Mr. Hackworth called the Service Committee Work Session to order at 6:30 P.M., with Mrs. Hammond, Mrs. Riggs, and Mr. Hackworth present. No members were absent. Others present were Judy Gilleland, Jeff Fix, Lynda Yartin, Ed Drobina, Lance Schultz, Jennifer Frommer, Brenda VanCleave, Mark Carlson, and others.
2. SCHEDULED MATTERS:
A. Review and discussion of Access Management Plan. Ms Frommer stated she had distributed draft copies of the Milnor Road, Lockville Road, and Long Road access management maps to all Committee members. Ms Frommer and Mr. Schultz reviewed the three corridors with the Committee and Ms Frommer stated she would incorporate the comments from all of the work sessions that have been held into a final draft of the complete Access Management Plan.
Mr. Hackworth stated he appreciated all of the efforts of Ms Frommer and Mr. Schultz on this project as it has taken a good while to get it to this point. Ms Frommer stated she would have the final document with draft legislation for the Service Committee to review at their meeting on June 8, 2006.
3. ADJOURNMENT. There being nothing further, Mr. Hackworth closed the work session at 7:18 P.M., May 11, 2006.
