C.     A Public Hearing and review and request for a motion to approve a Final Development Plan for approximately 8.55 acres for Anchor 204 Business Park located on the north side of SR 204 between Freedom Way and Holiday Inn Express (TABLED 5/13/08).

 

D.     Review and request for a motion to amend a Conditional Use Permit for an Outdoor Patio for Happy Endings Pub located at 1128 Hill Road North.
