2. COMMUNITY COMMENTS REGARDING REFUSE COLLECTION CONTRACT.
A. Mike McKinley. Mr. McKinley stated he had been leaning toward Waste Management, but after he received a phone call from Waste Management soliciting his vote and asking him to come and give his opinion in support of Waste Management he was switching his opinion to Rumpke. He stated his concern was that Waste Management used his personal information to solicit his vote, so even though he respected the great customer service and service they have given him, because of that he felt Rumpke should receive the refuse collection contract.
