SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

6:00 P.M.

1. ROLL CALL. Council for the City of Pickerington met for a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at City Hall. Mayor O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Roll call was taken as follows: Mr. Fix, Mr. Smith, Mrs. Hammond, Mr. Sabatino, and Mayor O’Brien were present. Mr. Wisniewski arrived at 6:13 P.M. Mr. Sauer and Mrs. Sanders were absent. Others present were: Lynda Yartin.

2. MOTIONS:

A. Request for motion for Executive Session under Section 121.22(G)(1), Matters involving an employee or public official’s employment. Mr. Smith moved for Executive Session under Section 121.22(G)(1); Mr. Sabatino seconded the motion. Roll call was taken with Mr. Sabatino, Mrs. Hammond, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Fix voting “Yea.” Motion passed, 4-0.

Council adjourned into Executive Session at 6:02 P.M. and reconvened in open session at 9:23 P.M.

3. ADJOURNMENT. There being nothing further, Mr. Fix moved to adjourn; Mr. Smith seconded the motion. Mr. Wisniewski, Mrs. Hammond, Mr. Smith, Mr. Fix, and Mr. Sabatino voted “Aye.” Motion carried, 5-0. The special meeting adjourned at 9:24 P.M., April 28, 2009.
