B. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance amending the 2009 appropriation, Ordinance 2008-92
C. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance declaring official intent with respect to reimbursement of temporary advances made for capital expenditures to be made from subsequent borrowings
D. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance authorizing the City Manager to continue membership with the Central Ohio Risk Management Association for the time period October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010.
E. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the Investment and Depository Policy for the City
F. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a two-year contract with the Local Government Services Division of the Office of the Auditor of State to assist the City in preparing General Purpose Financial Statements and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)
G. Review and request for motion to approve resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Fairfield County Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor and declaring an emergency
