A. Street Tree Report
Ms. Cleary stated that trees need pruned in Pickerington Meadows and Mr. Sabatino stated Cherry Hill Blvd. also has several trees that need pruned.
Ms. Cleary stated that she talked with the residents in Pickerington Meadows about planting trees in the common area that runs along the back of their properties and they were all agreeable to the idea. Mr. Wiseman stated that he has spoken with Ms. Bushman and she stated that Fannin Builders is planning to build a stonewall at the entrance of Meadows Blvd. and SR 256 for the condominiums he is building and that trees in the common area may be included in his plan. Mr. Wiseman continued that he has not spoken to anyone from Fannin Builders so he doesn’t know exactly what is planned. He stated he would contact Fannin Builders and find out what the specific plans are for that area.
Ms. Cleary stated that an inventory of subdivisions with bare spots that needed filled with trees was made of different subdivisions. She continued that Pickerington Meadows was done but there were still 144 planting sites in Manor House and 154 planting sites available in Shadow Oaks and wondered if they were going to continue planting trees in those subdivisions. Mr. Wiseman stated that we would start filling in the planting sites in Manor House.

A. Tree Preservation Update
Mr. Malone stated that he will continue to monitor the development occurring on Long Rd.
Mr. Malone stated how much he appreciated the opportunity to review the site plan for the proposed Remax Champions Office Building on SR 204.
B. Arboretum.
Mr. Wiseman stated that the plantings have not been done on the park side but the beds have been dug and the money to do it is there. He also suggested that maybe mums could be planted along the backside before the end of this month. Mr. Wiseman also stated that he checked and that there has never been a dedication for the Arboretum and that Ms. Bushman said that we should proceed with the planning of that. Ms. Cleary suggested that the best time to hold the dedication would be at the time that the flowers would look the best. Mr. Wiseman suggested it would look very pretty in the fall with the leaves turning and we could plant some Black Eyed Susans or mums.
