1. ROLL CALL. Mr. Wisniewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M., with roll call as follows: Mrs. Hammond and Mr. Wisniewski were present. Mr. Smith was absent. Others present were: Lynda Yartin.
2. SCHEDULED MATTERS:
A. Motion for Executive Session under Section 121.22(G)(1)a, Matters involving an employee’s or public official’s appointment. Mrs. Hammond moved for an Executive Session under Section 121.22(G)(1)a; Mr. Wisniewski seconded the motion. Roll call was taken with Mr. Wisniewski and Mrs. Hammond voting “Yea.” Motion passed, 2-0.
Rules Committee adjourned into Executive Session at 6:31 P.M., and reconvened in open session at 9:43 P.M.
3. ADJOURNMENT. There being nothing further, Mrs. Hammond moved to adjourn; Mr. Wisniewski seconded the motion. Mr. Wisniewski and Mrs. Hammond voted "Aye." Motion carried, 2-0. The Rules Committee adjourned at 9:44 P.M, August 17, 2009.
