TAX BUDGET

to Order. Mayor O’Brien opened
Public Hearing at 7:20 P.M.

Call: Roll call was taken with Mr.
Fix, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Hammond, Mr. Barletta, Mr. Wisniewski, and Mayor O’Brien
present. Mr. Sauer and Mrs. Sanders were
absent due to family commitments. Others

Purpose
of the Public Hearing: To allow citizens a chance to voice any
concerns and/or questions regarding the proposed 2011 Tax Budget.
4. Presentation
to
A. Mr. Schornack stated the General Fund
balance is estimated to decrease over the next few years by about
$500,000. He stated these were
preliminary estimates as it is very early in our budget process for 2010, and
it is difficult to make accurate assumptions at this point. Mr. Schornack stated he would answer any
questions anyone might have.

closed the public hearing at 7:24 P.M., May 18, 2010.
