(1) Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a one-year contract with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield for health insurance for City employees and the declaration of necessity and emergency as the present policy expires on December 31, 2010.

(2) Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a one-year contract with Delta Dental of Ohio for dental insurance for City employees
