7:30 P.M.
1. ROLL CALL. Mr. Campbell called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. with roll call as follows: Ms. Ball, Mr. Campbell, Mr. Boetcher, and Ms. Shankland were present. Mr. Frazier and Ms. Riggs were absent. Others present were Steve Carr and Sandy Whittington.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES of September 22, 2003, Regular Meeting. Mr. Campbell moved to approve; Mr. Boetcher seconded the motion: Ms. Ball, Mr. Boetcher,
Ms. Shankland and Mr. Campbell voted “Aye”.
Motion carried 4-0.

Mr. Carr stated that he has spoken to Mr. Steman and that the school district is planning to set-up a meeting with him to discuss the possibility of the City operating the Field House during community hours.
