B.     A motion to reconsider a Nonresidential Design Standards Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Plan, Architecture, Landscaping, and Lighting for 4 Seasons Soccer Complex located on Refugee Road just west of Hill Road Plaza (former Big Bear), pursuant to  1272.04 (h)(2) of the City Code.

 

C.     Review and request for a motion to amend a Comprehensive Sign Plan for Wall Signage for the Hill Road Plaza located at 1171 & 1173 Hill Road North.

I.        A public hearing and review and request for a motion to approve a Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan for the approximate 5.82 acre Gillilan property (#041-11222-00) from C3 Community Commercial District to PC3 Planned Community Commercial District located on the northeast corner of the Refugee Road and Milnor Road intersection.
