C.     Review and request for motion to approve Commercial Design Guidelines Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Plan/Building Materials for a 1,709 square foot building expansion for Hermann & Henry Eyecare Inc., at 650 Hill Road North.

 

D.     Review and request for motion to approve Commercial Design Guidelines Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Plan/Building Materials for a 22,000 square foot retail building for Plaza Properties on an approximate 2.551 acre Marcus Theater out lot on SR 204.
