Review and request for motion to approve Commercial Design Guidelines Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Plan/Building Materials for a 3,700 square foot retail building for The SR 256 Company on approximately 0.724 acres located just south of Advanced Auto Parts (Morris property). C. Review and request for motion to approve Commercial Design Guidelines Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Plan/Building Materials for a 1,709 square foot building expansion for Hermann & Henry Eyecare Inc., at 650 Hill Road North.
