B. Review and request for a motion to approve an amended Comprehensive Sign Plan for Speedway Gas Station at 1711 Hill Road North.
C. Review and request for a motion to approve Commercial Design Guidelines Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Plan/Building Materials for a 5,400 square foot office building (Phase I of the Luse Office Buildings) located on 5.13 acres west of the Pickerington Medical Complex and east of Cherry Hill Subdivision (Luse Property).
