SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

1. ROLL CALL. Mr. Hackworth called the Special Finance Committee meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. Roll call was taken with Mr. Wisniewski, Mr. Hackworth, and Mr. Wright present. Mrs. Riggs was absent. Others present were: Mayor Shaver, Mr. Sabatino, Mr. Parker, Mr. O’Brien, Judy Gilleland, Linda Fersch, Lynda Yartin, Bob Mapes, and others.

2. SCHEDULED MATTERS:

A. Motion for Executive Session under Section 121.22(G)(1)(b), Matters involving an employee’s or public official’s appointment. Mr. Wright moved for Executive Session under Section 121.22(G)(1)(b), Matters involving an employee’s or public official’s appointment; Mr. Hackworth seconded the motion. Roll call was taken with Mr. Hackworth, Mr. Wright, and Mr.Wisniewski voting “Yea.” Motion passed, 3-0.

Finance Committee went into Executive Session at 7:06 P.M, and reconvened in open session at 7:28 P.M.

3. ADJOURNMENT. There being nothing further to bring forward, Mr. Wisniewski moved to adjourn; Mr. Wright seconded the motion. Mr. Wisniewski, Mr. Hackworth, and Mr. Wright voted “Aye.” Motion carried, 3-0. The Special Finance Committee of Council adjourned at 7:29 P.M., November 3, 2004.
