A. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2003-02 passed February 18, 2003, providing for the issuance of notes by the City of Pickerington, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of paying part of the costs of constructing improvements to Diley Road in the City and declaring an emergency an immediate necessity in order to procure real property necessary for road right-of-way at the time the property has come up for sale thereby avoiding additional costs to the City
B. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract for the purchase of 10023 Wright Road for necessary road right-of-way for the Diley Road widening and the declaration of immediate necessity and emergency in order to procure such property for road right-of-way at the time the property has come up for sale, thereby avoiding additional costs to the City
C. Review and request for motion to approve draft ordinance amending the 2003 appropriation Ordinance 2002-142
