Pickerington Economic Development

Pickerington actively pursues economic development based on responsible planning. Utilizing community input, city officials have successfully attracted several new businesses that enhance the quality of life in the city.

Our progressive administration and staff offer incentives and options to make projects work for everyone.

Recent projects that have benefited from the City's progressive attitude toward business include the location and expansion of Volunteer Energy's headquarters at Windmiller Square, Rule 3 Entertainment Center and Bowling Alley, offices and retail at the Creek Bend Center, the Shoppes at Stonecreek (including Max & Erma's, Sonic Drive-In, Lifestyle Family Fitness, and Petland), the Shoppes at Hunter's Run, the renovation of the former Pickerington Creamery, Cross Creeks mixed-use development, and several new restaurants.  Pickerington still has several available sites for your business.
