Preliminary Floodplain Maps

FEMA issued preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) for Fairfield County on February 5, 2010.  Below are .pdf's of the preliminary maps.  Please be cautioned that these maps are not official and should not be used for flood insurance purposes until FEMA makes the maps effective. For the FIRMs which are currently in effect until these become officially adopted, go to FEMA's Map Service Center web page.

Northwest Pickerington area (Map ID 39045C0020G) - covers most of the City of Pickerington

Northeast Pickerington area (Map ID 39045C0040G) - covers Spring Creek, Shawnee Crossing, Shadow Oaks, Simsbury, Ra-Mar and portions of Old Village (mostly east of East Street) and Pickerington Hills

Southwest Pickerington area (Map ID 39045C0125G) - covers Fox Glen, Villages of Sycamore Creek, portions of Preston Trails and Reserves at Pickerington Ponds

Southeast Pickerington area (Map ID 39045C0130G) - covers a portion of Pickerington Hills
