The City of Pickerington's Finance Department is responsible for the collection, investment, and disbursement of all City revenues in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws along with generally accepted accounting standards.

The Finance Department also coordinates the borrowing of funds for City projects, the collection of income tax and preparation of payroll for all City employees. Additionally, the City of Pickerington's Finance Department tracks the City's fixed assets. There are two divisions with the Finance Department:

*Finance Administration
*Income Tax
