The City of Pickerington Mayor's Court serves as the Judicial branch for the City. It is held as an example of professionalism in the Central Ohio area. Molly Schwartz was hired in May of 1998 for the position of Deputy Clerk of Court and was appointed Clerk of Court in June of 2001 by Mayor Randall L. Hughes.
Ms. Schwartz is a member of the Ohio Association of Municipal Court Clerks and the Central Ohio Association of Mayor's Court Clerks. She was elected Vice-President of the Central Ohio Mayor's Court Clerk Association for 2010.
Through cooperation between the Pickerington Mayor's Court and Pickerington Income Tax Department, the Mayor's Court collected $107,494.23 in delinquent income taxes in 2009.
The City of Pickerington Mayor's Court meets every Monday at 3:30 PM at Pickerington City Hall (unless there is a holiday). If a holiday falls on a Monday, Mayor's Court will meet on Tuesday.
Kelleen R. Roth is the City of Pickerington Mayor's Court Magistrate. Morgan M. Masters serves as the prosecuting attorney.
