PLANNING AND ZONING

Pickerington Planning and Zoning

One of the fastest growing communities in the State of Ohio, Pickerington continues to maintain high standards for development and a desirable quality of life for residents. From the quaint antique and craft shops in the Olde Pickerington Village, to the new commercial corridor along State Route 256, the city offers an aesthetic appeal like the natural landscape that earned it the name:

"Violet Capital of Ohio"

The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for reviewing all developments to ensure they meet the development standards of the Planning and Zoning Code and to assist applicants through the development process. The zoning certificate, site development checklists, zoning applications, submission deadlines and development permits have been prepared to provide information on the various development processes and submission requirements.
